We are committed to ensuring every learner has a positive experience on our platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund so we can work to resolve your concern.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all courses and certification programmes purchased through the Bice Africa platform at biceafrica.org, including:
- The GraduateEdge™ Certification Programme
- All other individual courses and programmes offered on our platform
3. Our Refund Commitment
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course materials, workbooks, or resources
- You have not attempted or completed any module quizzes or assessments
- You have not been issued a certificate of completion
If you meet the above conditions, we will process your refund in full within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refunds Outside the 7-Day Window
Refund requests received after 7 days of purchase will not ordinarily be approved. However, we review all requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or course credit in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Significant technical issues preventing access to course content that we were unable to resolve
- Serious medical emergency or extenuating personal circumstances supported by documentation
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed
- Courses where certificates have been issued
- Purchases made during promotional or discounted pricing periods, unless a technical fault is demonstrated
- Change of mind after significant course progress has been made

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact our support team at support@biceafrica.com before submitting a refund request. In most cases, technical issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a refund.
8. Certificates and CPD Accreditation
Please note that once a certificate has been issued and shared, the associated course enrolment is considered complete and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
9. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased as part of a promotion, bundle offer, or at a discounted rate are subject to the same 7-day satisfaction guarantee unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Refunds on promotional purchases will be processed at the amount actually paid.
10. Changes to This Policy
Bice Africa Limited reserves the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
